A little Blue and White

by:
Camp Director

Hey everyone! Its Jen and Jamie and we just took a break from Blue and White to
let you all know what's been going on at camp the past day.  On Tuesday night,
we played a camp favorite "Gold Rush!"  It was a close game with four different
cabins within feet of the treasure, but in the end, Cabin 11 found it in a bike
helmet!  It was a close game and everyone had so much fun!

This morning we woke up and the sun was shining bright and early.  Breakfast this morning was another favorite, bacon, eggs, and bagels!  Later on we played our camp version of "The
Hunger Games."  Campers got to play Hunger Game trivia and compete against other
"districts" (cabin groups) under the guidance of their mentors and game
makers(counselors).

Today at camp was one of the warmest yet so everyone was able to enjoy a waterfront afternoon.  All campers had the chance to go tubing, swimming, and down the slide! The evening program tonight is Landmines, a Blue and White game in which campers must cross a mine field, the sand filled with water balloons, while popping as few balloons as possible.  It was an intense
game as the campers must remain silent the entire time.  The score will be close and
you'll have to wait and see who won in the next directors diary!  Well, we're
off to plan treasure hunt... Just kidding! We've got a while!  Hope everyone's
having a great summer! We know that we are! Full Speed Ahead,
Jen and Jamie
