I know we say it often but it was another beautiful day at camp. The weather this summer has been perfect allowing us to fully take advantage of activities, programming, and the last two weeks of camp. Campers got to enjoy another day of full activities as well as a final four opening ceremony practice. Our time left at camp is limited so days like these it’s great to see the girls smiling and creating memories with one another.

After a full day in the sun, the campers got to take their cabin’s Agawak dollars and gamble the night away at casino night. Our Agawak casino is fully equipped with gambling games, a stage, a soda bar, appetizers, and lots of energized campers. Some of the games include Black Jack, Indian Poker, the Color Wheel and even a raffle! The winner of the raffle will receive 1,000 Agawak Dollars! We will reveal the winner in tomorrow’s diary. Casino night gives each cabin the opportunity to make money or if they’re unlucky, lose it. We played tons of songs, including all of the first session Blue and White lip sync songs where we had the CIT’s lead their dances once again. It’s always fun to watch these dances because of how much the girls enjoy performing. Between the food, drinks, games and dancing, it has become a fun filled night for everyone including the staff.  

Tomorrow we are planning another surprise for the camp that we’ve never done at Agawak. All we can say is it’s blue and white and will force the girls to think extremely hard. That’s all for now.
