Today at Camp Agawak, we embraced a little extra rest with a light sleep-in — the perfect way to recharge after so many hot action-packed days.
After breakfast, we jumped right into one of our favorite Blue and White games: Balloon Battles! The lakefront buzzed with energy as both teams worked together, catching water balloons mid-air, cheering each other on, and giggling their way through the tricky “landmine” course in the sand — careful not to step on a hidden balloon. It was teamwork, strategy, and good old-fashioned fun all wrapped into one. The laughter didn’t stop there.
After lunch, it was time for the highly anticipated CIT Pageant. Each cabin dressed up their Counselor-in-Training with wild outfits, creative themes, and tons of spirit. Our CITs were totally game, putting on hilarious performances and fully embracing the silliness of it all. The pageant was a camp-wide hit and had everyone in stitches!
Dinner brought even more smiles — chicken tenders, fries and full salad bar were on the menu, and let’s just say… not a crumb was left. We topped it all off with ice cream, making it a mealtime to remember.
As the rain rolled in, we didn’t miss a beat. Campers cozied up for a relaxing movie night in happy camper, watching the beloved camp classic Cheaper by the Dozen. There’s something extra special about ending a day snuggled in with friends, wrapped in blankets, and sharing laughter during a familiar favorite.
From balloon battles to costume contests to comfort food and cozy moments — today captured the heart of Agawak magic. Each day brings more laughter, deeper friendships, and memories we’ll carry far beyond the shores of Blue Lake.
