10 Reasons Why You’re Counting Down the Days Until Summer Camp

Whether it is 364 143 or 8 days you know EXACTLY how many days are between you and catching that first glimpse of the Agawak welcome sign. You know exactly how many days until you get to race out onto our soft sandy beach and jump into Blue Lake. You know exactly how many days until you will be sitting in front of the campfire singing camp songs and reminiscing about the weeks activities.  If this is your first time at a summer camp you’ve chosen the right camp!  Whether you are a firster or you are already an Agawak Girl below are 10 reasons I think you should get excited for the upcoming Agawak girls summer camp season:

You can’t wait to develop a new skill. Archery? Tennis? Water skiing? What will you become the master of THIS summer?
Time for camp also means that it is time for summer! This means warm weather shorts sandals and not having to cover up your Camp Agawak take at an allmer camp will last a lifetime. Returning Agawak Girls can hardly wait to see their camp sisters.
You can’t wait to find out what surprises we have in store this summer. Another foam party? Perhaps a midnight movie? An alledia gallery full of summer camp activities.
You can’t wait to spend your summer becoming one with nature. It’s time to feel the breeze of Blue Lake on your face and smell the great outdoors.  You know that camp life is like no other.
You can’t wait to become an important part of the Blue Team or the White Team. The Blue Team has won two years in a row; will it be the White Teams turn to win in 2014?
You want to become a Campfire Girl and can’t wait to sing your favorite campfire songs. “I’d rather be an Agawak Girl than a multi multi mulitillionaire…”
You can’t wait to get back in the water we can’t wait either.  1500 feet of Blue Lake beach front is reason enough to count down the days until camp.
You consider Camp Agawak to be your second home and fellow campers your Agawak sisters.  Is it time to come home yet?
Being an Agawak Girl gives you the chance to be a part of history.  Are you aware that Camp Agawak is a traditional girls overnight summer camp that has been around since 1921? Now that’s a lot of history with tons of traditions.

So…HOW many days until camp?! What are YOU most excited for this summer?  Let me and the rest of your Agawak friends know on Facebook!
Smile on and Full Speed Ahead!
