Waves of Fun: Waterskiing & Aquatic Adventures
Camp Agawak has an outstanding waterfront which sets us apart from other camps. We are located on beautiful, private Blue Lake in Minocqua. Blue Lake is one of the top three purest lakes in Wisconsin. This helps make Camp Agawak a premier waterskiing summer camp.
Camp Agawak occupies 1,500 feet of sandy beach and offers a multitude of water activities. Blue Lake provides endless fun and entertainment to all campers.
Waterskiing Summer Camp
Our waterskiing summer camp program is one of the most popular activities offered. We have a 100% success rate in teaching new skiers to get up on water skis. We have four Mastercraft ski boats staffed by well trained and experienced ski instructors and drivers. Staff is also in the water with campers assisting with water starts and positioning. Beginner waterskiiers progress from the boom to the rope. For those more experienced skiiers, slaloming around Blue Lake with a friend is great fun. Ski competitions are also scheduled during the summer with other camps.

Swimming Area
Our swimming area is full of excitement. Agawak has it’s very own giant inflatable slide and what we like to call “The Blob”. Within our roped swim area, we also have a giant water trampoline, huge wooden raft and smaller lounging raft. Swim lessons are provided to those not yet ready to go beyond the “rope” unassisted.
Every area of our waterfront is staffed by certified lifeguards and trained instructors. All Red Cross safety guidelines are met and followed.
