ESTIMATED arrival dates for staff 2024 - These dates are not 100% firm

Support (Kitchen & Maintenance) and Tango Tower Staff - Report to Chicago O'Hare (ORD) on Wednesday, June 3, 2024 by 3:00pm.  A bus will pick you up at the airport and bring you to camp

All other International - Report to Chicago O'Hare (ORD) on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 by 3:00pm.  A bus will pick you up at the airport and bring you to camp

All other Staff - Must be at camp by 5:00pm on Saturday, June 8, 2024  Please plan accordingly!!!  If there is space available and you would like to ride the bus with our international staff coming from O'Hare  on Wednesday, June 5, please contact the office.   

Camp is about paring down, living in nature, and leaving lots of our stuff behind - internal and external stuff.  Please consider living as sparsely as possible in the serene woods of Wisconsin by leaving what you don't need behind!  Pack light!
