Expected arrival dates for staff 2025
International climbing staff and support staff will arrive on June 3rd, 2025 at Chicago O’Hare (ORD) by 3:30pm. A chartered bus will pick you up at the airport and bring you to Camp Agawak.
All other remaining international staff should arrive at Chicago O’Hare (ORD) airport on June 6th by 3:30pm. A chartered bus will pick you up at the airport and bring you to Camp Agawak.
USA staff should arrive on June 7th before 5:30pm.
Packing
Camp is about paring down, living in nature, and leaving lots of our stuff behind – internal and external stuff. Pack light!
All staff luggage and duffel bags must not exceed 42″ long and must be under 70 lbs.
