Change Over Weekend and Visiting Day -

Everything you need to know.

First session campers leaving on Friday, July 12

Campers taking the bus home will leave camp at 8:30am and arrive at Hawthorne Elementary School, 301 W Hawthorn Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL approximately 1:30

Campers being picked up on Friday, July 12 will leave at 9:30am

First session campers leaving on Saturday, July 13 

Campers being picked up on Saturday, July 13 may leave anytime between 9:00am - 1:00pm.  We still need an estimated arrival time that you will arrive so your camper knows when to expect you.

Full Season Campers

Full season campers may leave camp anytime between 9:00am-1:00pm with their guardians but MUST be back at camp by 11:30am on Sunday, July 14.  There will be no parking for drop offs, drive through only.  Remember NO FOOD!

Visiting Day is Saturday, July 13

Families Planning to attend Open House:

• Doors are open from 9 am until 1:00. Please use the visitors' entrance and we will have staff directing you for parking.
• Enjoy our buffet of fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries, etc.
• Take a tour with your camper; watch them waterski or climb the tango tower.
• Take your camper with you after open house and return Sunday between 11-11:30 so they are here to welcome our second session campers. 

Second Session campers arriving Sunday, July 14

Campers taking the bus will begin check in at 8:00am with buses leaving at 8:30am  Location: Costco, 2900 Patriot Blvd, Glenview

Campers being dropped off must be dropped off at 12:30pm
